EmpiricalHR - data-driven employee decisions - Issue #147
I’m fortunate enough to be able to start my day with an early morning walk through the beautiful Engadin landscape. It’s my favourite time of the day and I tend to listen to podcasts which often serve as prompts to my mind to explore one topic or another.
One of my regular podcasts has for some years been that produced by the VC firm ‘A16Z’. They’ve recently (or recently to me) started a series of articles on the future, including the future of work and this week’s first 2 articles come from that.
For me a good article is one that challenges my way of thinking, and ideally will bring data to the party. This week’s lead article does just that. It focuses on productivity and covers the topic from many angles. It’s well-worth a read.
In the meantime, here is a phone photo from this morning’s walk.
